(01) Overview
Velour Skin Lab had a hero serum customers adored and a feed nobody stopped for. Our job was to make the product feel as good on a screen as it does on skin.
(02) The brief
What needed to change
Velour's posts looked like every other skincare brand: clean packshots, soft captions and low reach. Engagement had been flat for a year and paid campaigns were carrying all of the growth. They needed organic content that earned attention on its own and gave the ads team stronger creative to work with.
(03) Our approach
How we did it
We built a visual language around texture: macro drops, slow pours, morning-light rituals and honest skin. Two studio days produced 48 reels and 120 stills, cut into weekly drops with hooks written for the first three seconds. Every piece was tagged by format and theme so we could double down on what the audience saved and shared.
